I think I got part of the solo wrong, whoopsie. Other then that, my earbud fell out in the middle.... haha. Laughing

Constrictive criticism is welcomed. Actually, I want it... that way I can make better videos at later dates. Smile

I also made a new channel and website just for guitar videos but the website (emilyshreads.co.nr) isn't finished yet.

Yes, I'm aware "shred" has no "a"

Hello there,
I would suggest having dad help with record levels so you match the volume
with the backing band better.
Other than that it is clear that there are two hams in the family.
I dig the hat too.
Now for the tid bits,
Its clear that you have rhythm but I think the pressure of making the changes smoothly and on time made you speed up and slow down.
I would suggest you practice this song at least 100 times and record it again.
No I`m not kidding. I think its good to really learn the tunes so you can
play them smoothly and in real time with the least amount of tension.
That requires a ton of practice. This was a very good first attempt at the whole video thing. Please keep at it, that is what seperates good players from poor players and those who never really learn.
The question really is can you put in the time and energy or not.
And dont be afraid to work on the song in short little sections then connect them. (dad needs to set you up with looping capabilities)
Good luck... Wink

P.S Some people would have just given you a pass cause your picks cute little girl. Not me bud!!!!! I think people need to hear the truth in order to improve. I dont ever mean it in an evil way though. Just trying to help
NOW GET BACK TO WORK YOU COTTON HEADED NINNY MUGGINS!!!!!!!!

So
This is what goes on during the day now that school is out?
One of these days Uncle Chris is going to want that amp back.
The camera /video picture quality is great. But I agree with Sum Guy's assessment as far as audio. (even though you already practiced it about 100 times) Wink
First time I heard you attempt the solo...keep it up! Cool

I figured as much.
Honestly when I was her age I couldn't play as well as her
so it will be fun and interesting to see her progress.

haha, thanks everyone. After spending nearly 4 hours, I finally figured out how to make my videos HD, and photoshopped a nice sidebar onto them. As of now 3:00 PM, it doesn't look to be very clear.... and I'm hoping either an HD or HQ button appears. It SHOULD be HD though, if I did everything correctly. New video coming later, might be tomorrrow though because I need to practice the intro riff.

Heres the new link, I also will edit the first one too:

Very cool.
It sounds way better in the mix now.
I just noticed you stood on one foot for about half the song that has to be worth bonus points. Anyway much better. I think once you get the mix and
camera stuff down to a science it will make it easier for you to crank out the tunes. Good Stuff
