Hello everyone, I have missed you all. I have been busy as usual, working on new tunes with the band, getting ready to do a really exciting concert called “Honor our Troops” in which I will be given the privilege of playing for the men and woman who lay it on the line daily to serve our country and our freedoms. A big thanks to them all.
As you may already know, I had a great experience in Texas playing at the crossroads guitar festival. I met many gracious celebrity guitarists and I was fortunate enough to be a judge at the guitaramageddon contest which was awesome. My band and I played an hour long set and even met some of the guitarists that hang-out on our message board, that was great!
I am working on a new prepare to shred CD that will be coming out in the ‘not-too-distant’ future, I will keep you posted.
I have also been doing more TV / Video. I shot a tour of the Taylor Guitar factory for COX televisions “The Playlist”, and I did work on a 50th anniversary Stratocaster video due out later this year (Strat Boogie seems to have made the cut.)
On a more personal note, my son Kyler is getting huge, he just turned 22 months and he is doing great. He is the joy of my life. Anyhow, keep sticking around here , there is to be some bigger news coming out around the end of summer, until then, rock on.
