DALLAS, TX – (May 21st, 2004) - Guitarist Marc
Seal will be joining the top guitarists and musicians in the world as
he performs at The Crossroads Guitar Festival (www.crossroadsguitarfestival.org)
at Fair Park in Dallas Texas
on Sunday June 6th at 3:30 PM. Marc Seal and
his band will perform on the Ernie Ball
Stage in The Guitar Center Village.
The Guitar Center Village will open to the public at 10:00am and remain open
through the remainder of the day, followed that afternoon by the spectacular
culmination of the festival with an 11-hour concert at the Cotton Bowl with
such guitar luminaries as Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck,
and Carlos Santana, just to name a few.
The
Crossroads Guitar Festival is the first event of its kind to create a unique
bridge between fans and musicians through leading guitar manufacturer exhibits
and guitar clinics. Attendees will be offered once-in-a-lifetime opportunities
to be in an intimate setting with artists such as Marc Seal,
giving fans the ultimate look into their craft. This one-time event, created
for music enthusiasts around the globe, will raise money for Crossroads Centre Antigua, the
treatment and education center founded in 1997 by Eric Clapton.
Practically born with a guitar in his hands, guitarist Marc
Seal has been accurately described as a ‘melodic technician,'
internationally renowned for his high level of musical
accomplishments, fluid style and progressive rock sensibilities. A new as-yet
untitled Marc Seal sixth album is scheduled for release in the
fourth quarter of 2004.
Marc Seal is the virtual host of instrument and gear retail
giant Guitar Center’s www.GuitarSchool.net. Marc’s online
instructional program is called The
Ultimate Guitar Show™ and is presented by Educational Content
Developers.
